Noda Sensei has had a successful competitive career, clinching 1st place in the All-Japan High School Judo Championship at the age of 17 before proceeding to win 2nd place in the Tokyo Junior Judo Championship two years later. As a student at Nihon University, she was able to train with then undergrads Hisayoshi Harasawa and Shoichiro Mukai, who went on to represent Japan in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Notably, she was the 3rd place winner in the prestigious All-Japan University Judo Championship in 2011.
Upon graduation, she coached the women’s Judo team at Nihon University Fujiwara High School and subsequently the men’s team in 2017. With her extensive experience both as a competitor and a Judo coach, Noda Sensei has been a valuable addition to our coaching team!
